The trial before Judge Mehta to address the two misdemeanor charges (that Jeremy Brown was moved all the way from Florida to DC for) has been moved to September 9th at 9:30AM due to sudden health issues affecting an attorney working with Jeremy Brown.
I'll be honest, I can only give updates on what I know, and what I know right now is very little. Jeremy's support team is operating with very little information due to the limitations on Jeremy's ability to call us and keep in regular communication. His ability to call from jail has been extremely limited since he was put in the general population pod of the DC gulag. They didn't put him in with the other J6ers. It is my understanding that Jeremy is the only J6 political prisoner being held in the general population pod that he is in.
As someone who Jeremy has asked to sit for interviews while he has not been able to do so himself, I believe that he has allowed me to do that because I do understand that his goal is to fulfil his mission. His mission is this:
Jeremy has spoken about these things being his mission in past interviews that he was able to give. (An archive of Jeremy's interviews can be found at JeremyBrownDefense.com.) The fulfillment of his mission has often, in the past, put Jeremy at odds with his attorneys. Jeremy has spoken about this before in previous interviews. As he explains, the goal of an attorney is to secure the best possible outcome for the client. So, for an attorney, a plea deal is considered to be (as is referenced in the recording below) "really good news." Jeremy was offered a plea deal and he refused to accept it. He explains that in the recording below and he explains how the judicial process itself is used against people as a punishment.
In my own communication with others on his behalf, I always do my best to stay true to his mission and to echo his voice; however, the best way to understand everything that is going on right now (to the extent that we are able, given the communication limitations that are now imposed upon him in the DC gulag) is to listen to Jeremy speak in his own words. I will continue to provide updates from Jeremy as I get them.
