"Everything's up in the air," says Jeremy.

Why is the government providing "multi-FELONY level discovery" in a trial for two MISDEANORS?

As a recap, the trial for this Monday is for the two misdemeanor charges which were used as the excuse to come for Jeremy in the first place. When they came to arrest him, his home was raided for over 5 hours, during which time grenades were planted and then purportedly "found." (Not unlike how a pipe bomb on January 6th was placed and then "found." Forensic analysis supports Jeremy's claim that the grenades that were "found" do not belong to him. With planted evidence being used against him, Jeremy was found guilty and sentenced to 7.25 years. That case is presently under appeal.

Jeremy has said that he DOES want people in attendance at the trial, if it is possible for you to be there; however, as Jeremy has also said, "Everything's up in the air," so we don't know what will happen on Monday.
