Liberty's Ember, No. 2, "With My Shield, Or On It!"
This is the second edition of "Liberty's Ember"--a newsletter from whistleblower and political prisoner Jeremy Brown.
Unfortunately, due to the abyss of corruption that exists within our government, our friend and American hero Jeremy Brown is in the process of being moved by the federal government to the prison in Washington, DC. This is being done in violation of Jeremy's right to elect for his misdemeanor trial to be held by video (Zoom) per Rule 43(b)2. Because this move is being carried out by the the federal government with no regard for Jeremy's rights and with no regard for judicial economy; AND because the federal government has recently tried to make these charges go away on their own terms by offering Jeremy a plea agreement (which he refused), Jeremy believes that their insistence on moving him may very well be for the purposes of placing him in a position where he could be met with any number of "accidents" which might prevent him from speaking at his trial on September 4th.

As indicated in the first edition of the newsletter, Jeremy welcomes questions to be submitted for him to answer. Before Jeremy was moved, he did submit for the newsletter an answer to a question he had received. The question was about a logo that someone had seen in the bottom corner of one of Jeremy's flyers. The image of the logo, designed by Jeremy, is below, as well as his explanation of the meaning of it.
